MADRID: Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé has commented on speculation linking Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise with a potential move to the Spanish giants.
Olise, who has established himself as one of Bayern’s key attacking players, has reportedly attracted interest from several top European clubs, including Real Madrid.
Asked about the speculation, Mbappé acknowledged that he had seen the reports but said he would not advise Olise to leave Bayern Munich.
I saw the links, but I think it would be disrespectful to advise a player to leave. That would be unfair to Bayern, Mbappé said in comments reported by BILD.
The France captain also praised Olise’s situation at Bayern, stressing that the German club offers the 24-year-old a strong platform to continue his development and achieve major honours.
Bayern are a great club where Michael can achieve a lot,Mbappé added.
He further described Olise as an outstanding player, saying clubs across the world would be interested in signing the France international.
The comments come amid continued speculation about Olise’s long-term future at Bayern.
