Rev. Chilakwa Mulenge, Zambian renowned cleric and advocate for good governance, has called on the citizens of Zambia to embark on fasting and prayer on 31st July, 2026, to avert imminent election crisis and the successful managing of the the month of Zambian general elections
According his press release from his base in Ndola, Copperbelt Province, Zambia, the patriotic and outspoken clergy who cited the Scriptures: 2Ch 7:14 KJV, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land, appealed to Zambian nationals within and outside the country to faithfully participate in the crucial spiritual exercise to receive God’s peace in the country during the election.
Distinguished servants of God, the laity, children of God and simply, fellow Zambians.May the peace of God be with you all. Today we speak to you with a sense of urgency and responsibility not as those seeking for political office, but as servants of God and shepherds of the flock in our great Nation”, he plead passionately.
We make a heartfelt urgent call to fast and pray this week and conduct intense prayers on Friday 31st July 2026 from 22:00 hours through to 03:00hours on Saturday 1st August, 2026.
According to Rev Mulenge, he foresees a national disaster during the election. “This solemn call to prayer comes because two great dangers now stand before our beloved Nation as we approach the general elections. Pray from your homes and where possible hold Church overnight prayers, he admonished
There is satanic agenda to control the “gates of time” the night of Friday 31st, July into the month of elections starting Saturday 1st August, through some satanic rituals to be conducted during the night attempting to spiritually influencing the election outcome against the wishes of the majority Zambians.
The satanic rituals and sacrifices planned to be carried out the night of 31st July into August 1st, 2026 is intended to invoke spirits from the grave to pollute the atmosphere and manipulate the minds of people, cause fear and influence some voters.
“Its important that all intercessors both within and outside Zambia, focus on strategic intercession, prayer watches, and align prayers to this specific election season in Zambia. We must manage by the power of God the mystical time portals and spiritual frameworks of cosmic cycles affecting the Nation. We therefore make this call for every Christian to pray from 22 hours to 03 hours on Friday 31st July, 2026. During these prayers, we guide that you focus on the following prayer points among others;
1. Pray thanking God for Zambia and the 2026 voting across all polling stations.
2. Pray for repentance and God’s mercy over Zambia. Let mercy triumph over judgement and that the LORD be gracious towards every voter.
3. Pray God to release His angels to contain any dark forces, spirits from the grave and all satanic human agents anywhere on Zambian soil assigned to carry out occultic activities towards the August 13th, 2026 election.
4. Pray for peace to prevail before, during and after the August 13th election, and that God’s will be done over these elections.
Brothers and sisters, fellow citizens, the matters of spiritual concern observed through intelligence reports and spiritual issues affecting our Nation at this critical political hour are not for the faint hearted. We will not fix Zambia’s spiritual trajectory with stones or fire. We must fix it with heartfelt prayers, truth, with law, and with courage.

Faith Leaders Advocacy For Malaria Elimination, (Flame) Zambia, reported that Rev Chilekwa Mulenga from Ndola, Copperbelt Province, is the Senior Pastor at Ndola City Chapel and Board Chairperson for Christ Hospital Ministry in Zambia. A vibrant ministry reaching out to care for the sick/infirm.
He runs a weekly radio program on Chimwemwe radio 91.7FM reaching over 500,000 people on the Copperbelt and surrounding areas aimed at promoting awareness and management of health issues.
In the spirit of keeping the malaria elimination message high on the National agenda, Rev Chilekwa, a member of the Flame Zambia, has been featured on the radio to promote the fight against Malaria.
Last year, he led a more vigourous war against malaria with the establishment of following nuggets he shared his broadcast were:
1. A call for more faith leaders to join the fight against Malaria
2. Assurance of the possibility that Malaria can be eliminated.
3. Prevention for Malaria.
4. Government to look at Malaria as an investment case (If Malaria is eliminated, we can focus on other disease areas) – Invest more in malaria elimination efforts in the Copperbelt province and the country at large.
