Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State – Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has assured Nigerians that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains fully committed to tackling insecurity and restoring peace across the country through strengthened security measures and international partnerships.
Speaking during a meeting with traditional rulers in Ekiti State at the Government House in Ado-Ekiti on Saturday, the First Lady said the Federal Government is working tirelessly to confront banditry, kidnapping, terrorism, and other violent crimes threatening communities nationwide.
Senator Tinubu revealed that the President has intensified collaboration with countries such as the United States and other international partners to improve intelligence sharing and security operations aimed at dismantling criminal networks.
According to her, President Tinubu is determined to ensure that Nigerians can live and conduct their daily activities without fear.
It is disheartening that we have these security challenges, but I want Nigerians to know that the President is working tirelessly to address them. Some foreign countries, including the United States, are supporting Nigeria in this effort,” she said.
