Benue Governor’s Aide Reacts After Realtor Accuses Him of Ruining His Marriage

A Special Assistant to the Benue State Governor on social media, Asortar James Asortar, has reacted after popular realtor, Ukeyima John (UKmoni), accused him of playing a role in the collapse of his marriage.

Ukeyima recently announced the end of his marriage to Susan Tseeneke, alleging infidelity and blaming Asortar for contributing to the breakdown.

The accusation surfaced shortly after Asortar shared a celebratory post in honour of his wife, Faith, as the couple marked their fourth wedding anniversary.

Reacting angrily, Ukeyima took to social media, writing: Today was supposed to mark five years of my wedding anniversary also, but you decided to join hands with others to scatter my own.

I have never wronged you, but you chose to step on my toes. It will take the grace of God for me to forgive you in this life. Just have it in mind. She is your sister; you can give her to another man to marry.”

On Saturday in December, Asortar appeared to respond indirectly to the allegations. Using a phrase commonly associated with Ukeyima, he posted in Tiv language on Facebook: Er ka na dugh or kwase ve kwagh a kumayol sha Facebook? After all, I know where I belong.
While Asortar did not directly address the accusation or mention names, his post has been widely interpreted as a reaction to the claims made against him.

The development has since generated conversations across social media platforms, with many awaiting further clarification from both parties.
