PDP, APC, LP ENDORSE ANIOMA STATE CREATION

Today, in Asaba, the Delta State Capital, traditional leaders, captains of Industries, party faithfuls across all party lines, market women, students to mention but a few groups assembled at the Grant Hotel, Asaba for one singular purpose which is the endorsement of Anioma State creation.
Most interesting of the whole event is the fact that all political parties in the state, PDP, APC and LP all were fully represented and fully endorsed the creation of Anioma   State.
The sterling virtues of our Most  Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko took the centre stage as he once again, explained to his people of the Delta North Senatorial District, what he has been doing for them at the National Assembly without mincing words as he explained in details the full benefits of Anioma State creation to the admiration of all.
According to our Most Distingquiahed Senator, the importance of creating Anioma State to the people of Anioma are innumerable amongst which are:
1. Accelerated development: A separate state would attract investments, infrastructure development, and job opportunities tailored to the region’s needs.
2. Improved representation: Anioma people would have a stronger voice in national politics, with more representatives in the National Assembly.
3. Cultural preservation: Anioma State would preserve and promote the unique cultural heritage, language, and traditions of the Anioma people.
4. Economic empowerment: Control over local resources, taxation, and economic planning would boost the region’s economy.
5. Security: A separate state would enable the region to address its unique security challenges and develop strategies tailored to its needs.
6. Infrastructure development: Anioma State would prioritize infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, and healthcare facilities, benefiting the region.
7. Education and healthcare: A separate state would allow for more focused investment in education and healthcare, addressing specific regional needs.
8. Job creation: Anioma State would generate job opportunities in administration, infrastructure development, and other sectors.
9. Sense of belonging: Anioma people would have a sense of identity and belonging, recognizing their unique history and cultural heritage.
10. Fulfillment of a long-standing demand: Creating Anioma State would fulfill a decades-long demand, bringing joy and satisfaction to the Anioma people.
11. Increased autonomy: A separate state would give Anioma people more control over their affairs, allowing for self-determination.
12. Regional development: Anioma State would facilitate regional development, with projects and initiatives tailored to the region’s specific needs.
It should also be recalled that Distinguished Senator Ned Munir Nwoko has been busy working tirelessly for the people he represents.  Within this short period at the National Assembly,
Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko has made remarkable progress standing him out, tall amongst his colleagues at the National Assembly.  These strides includes:
1. Sponsorship of bills: He has sponsored several bills aimed at promoting education, healthcare, and economic development.
2. Advocacy for Anioma State creation: Nwoko has consistently advocated for the creation of Anioma State, which would benefit his constituents and the region.
3. Support for education: He has promoted education through scholarships, infrastructure development, and advocacy for improved funding.
4. Healthcare initiatives: Nwoko has supported healthcare initiatives, including the establishment of healthcare facilities and provision of medical equipment.
5. Economic empowerment: He has promoted economic empowerment through job creation, entrepreneurship support, and infrastructure development.

Amongst the various groups present at the event, was the Igwebuike Anioma,  a group that joined the ubiquitous others and all and sundry to endorse and commend Senator Ned Nwoko’s quest for Anioma State creation.
