During the meeting, youths voiced concerns over their limited involvement at the ward level, noting that they are often sidelined in party activities and decision-making processes.
In response, the Youth Leader assured all attendees of a renewed commitment to inclusiveness, emphasizing that deliberate steps will be taken to ensure youths are actively involved across all wards.
The office also pledged to engage ward leaders to guarantee that young people are adequately represented and carried along in party affairs.
Furthermore, the Youth Leader, Comrade Ademola reiterated the importance of youth participation in the electoral process, stating that youths remain a decisive force in determining election outcomes. All aspirants were therefore urged to work closely with and empower young people.
The Youth Leader also called on all aspirants to maintain unity and collaborate in support of Oriyomi Hamzat, while encouraging eligible youths who are yet to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to take advantage of the upcoming Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise.
In conclusion, the Office emphasized that all aspirants and party members must remain committed to the collective success of the party.
