LAGOS: The drama between Nollywood actresses Angela Okorie and Regina Daniels has taken another sharp turn, as Angela once again addressed Regina’s accusations with strong words and a bold denial.
In a viral video circulating on social media, Angela Okorie firmly rejected claims that she once chased Regina’s billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, during a visit to their home. Reacting to Regina’s recent comments, Angela said: God forbid, I don’t do ancestors.
She didn’t stop there. In the video caption, Angela threw direct shade, writing: Little girl, you need your head examined 🤣🤣🤣 God forbid I reject you and that your ancestor in Jesus’ name. Amen. Tell MJ to come out and debunk what I said about her.
Angela then went on to give her side of the story. According to her, Regina invited her to their Abuja home, where she had a cordial conversation with Ned Nwoko. During the chat, Ned allegedly offered her ₦500,000 and suggested putting Regina in one of her films.
However, Angela claimed that not long after the visit, she realized she had been blocked by both Regina and her husband.
She accused Regina of having a habit of badmouthing people to her husband, which she believes led to the fallout.
This latest clapback follows Regina Daniels’ earlier response to Angela’s trending Instagram Live video, in which Angela had made comments involving actress Mercy Johnson.
Regina fired back by accusing Angela of chasing her husband and dragging Mercy unnecessarily into the fray.
The online back-and-forth has since sparked widespread debate across social platforms, with fans taking sides and others calling for peace between the two stars.
