Gov Sheriff Oborevwori Swears in Sebastine Okoh as MD of Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency

ASABA: The Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has officially sworn in Sebastine Edokpolor Okoh as Managing Director of the Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency (DASSA).

The swearing-in ceremony was held at Government House in Asaba and attracted members of the State Executive Council, political associates, family members, friends, and other well-wishers. Okoh’s detailed curriculum vitae was read before he formally took the oath of office.

Okoh holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in management. He currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of  Stiinos Limited based in Lagos, where he has gained extensive experience in marketing communications, outdoor advertising strategy, and business development.

In public service and politics, he previously served as Senior Special Adviser on Event Management to former Delta State governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

He has also been active in grassroots political mobilization, including past aspirations under the All-Progressives Congress (APC) for legislative positions. Also, he served as Special Adviser on political matters to former Deputy Senate President Ovie Omo-Agege.

During the ceremony, Governor Oborevwori charged Okoh and fellow appointee Olorogun Esse to discharge their duties with diligence, transparency, and commitment to public service.

The governor stressed the need to strengthen regulation in the outdoor advertising sector while improving internally generated revenue and maintaining environmental standards across the state.

Responding on behalf of himself and his colleague, Okoh expressed gratitude to God and appreciation to the governor for the opportunity to serve.

He pledged loyalty to the administration and assured that he would carry out his responsibilities without fear or favour, strictly adhering to state laws.

He also thanked family members, friends, political associates, and supporters for their encouragement, noting that their support would motivate him to deliver effectively in his new role.
