Asake, Wizkid, and other stars set to drop Albums in second half of 2024

With multiple singers slated to release new albums, Nigerian music fans can expect a busy year in the entertainment sector. Over time, Nigerian mainstream music has changed as a result of musicians creating albums that capture the sound of their different scenes.

2024 started slowly before taking up later in the first quarter with album releases from Ayra Starr, Tims, Vincenzo, and Simi. After the first half of the year, Nigerian music is predicted to be extremely busy in the second half, with major performers releasing new projects.

Asake just revealed that he will embark on a summertime “Lungu Boy” tour, which is scheduled to begin in July 2024. The release of Asake’s third album in three years, “Lungu Boy,” will take place one week before to the tour.

Fireboy is about to release his fourth album, which was previewed by the release of hits like “Everyday” and “Obaasima.”Oxlade has declared that in 2024, he will release “Oxlade From Africa,” his debut album. The album was rescheduled from its original March 2024 release date.
